The ideal candidate will be responsible for perform and review Fixed Assets activities, monthly closing, CIP monitoring and Balance Sheet reconciliations. This role also involves supervising, guiding the large team who is able to meet the deliverables, as well as training and socializing them at various levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:FA Operations: Ability to review Capitalization, Disposals and Transfers, CIP aging and monitoring, Lease Accounting, month end close processes, reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and other processes performed by the FAPA (Fixed Asset and Project Accounting) team members to ensure tasks are performed correctly, with proper support and per policy and/or established process.Process Controls: Support to define, maintain, review, and control process documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with company standard. Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to ADM standards/controls related to these tasks.
