About the RoleWe are looking for a UI/UX/CRO Specialist who can drive measurable improvements in conversion rates across product pages and acquisition funnels. This role combines design thinking, data analysis, and experimentation to optimize user journeys and maximize revenue impact.You will work closely with performance marketing, design, and development teams to improve funnel efficiency and user experience across web and mobile.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize landing pages and lead-generation funnelsImprove product page conversion rates through UX enhancementsAnalyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analyticsRun structured A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve performanceEnhance mobile UX and page speed optimizationCollaborate with the performance marketing team on acquisition funnel strategyTranslate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and actionable briefs for design and developmentTrack and report on key conversion metrics and experiment resultsRequired Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in UI/UX and Conversion Rate OptimizationStrong understanding of conversion psychology and user behaviorHands-on experience with tools like Google Optimize (or alternatives), VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Clarity, GA4, etc.Experience in designing landing pages for paid traffic campaignsStrong wireframing and prototyping skills (Figma preferred)Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and test resultsUnderstanding of mobile-first design and performance optimizationPreferred QualificationsExperience in D2C or high-growth e-commerce brandsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSSExperience working with paid media teams (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)Familiarity with page speed tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, etc.)What We OfferOpportunity to directly impact revenue and growthOwnership of experimentation and CRO strategyFast-paced, performance-driven environment Competitive compensation and growth opportunitiesLocation: Zirakpur, Punjab
