Designation: Account Manager – Cab & Fleet OperationsLocation: Ahmedabad (or as applicable)Reporting To: Operations Head / Business HeadRole SummaryThe Account Manager – Cab & Fleet Operations will own end-to-end management of assigned cab clients (corporate and retail), ensuring seamless service delivery, strong customer relationships, and revenue growth.The role combines client servicing, operational coordination, sales ownership, and retention, acting as the single point of contact between customers, drivers, operations, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Client & Account ManagementAct as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned corporate and retail cab accountsBuild long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and service reviewsProactively address service issues and manage escalations with professionalismEnsure high client satisfaction and consistent service experience2️⃣ Service Delivery & Operations CoordinationMonitor daily trip performance, punctuality, and SLA adherenceTrack and act on driver behaviour, customer feedback, and service quality metricsEnsure fleet compliance (GPS, CCTV, vehicle documentation, uniforms, permits, etc.)Coordinate closely with operations and fleet teams to plug service gaps in real time3️⃣ Sales, Revenue & RetentionOwn account-level revenue performanceDrive repeat bookings, upselling, and cross-selling opportunitiesSupport contract renewals, rate negotiations, and scope expansionsCoordinate with accounts team on billing accuracy and payment follow-ups4️⃣ Reporting & MISPrepare and share weekly / monthly MIS and performance reportsMaintain accurate CRM records, client history, and service logsShare performance dashboards and insights with internal teams and clients5️⃣ Client Onboarding & Growth SupportAssist in onboarding new clients, including system setup and service alignmentSupport new route launches, fleet expansions, or service scale-upsAct as the client’s internal advocate within the organizationKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong client-facing communication skills (Hindi, English; Gujarati preferred)Experience in cab / fleet / transport / logistics / travel operationsAbility to balance sales mindset with operational disciplineStrong problem-solving skills and calm handling of urgent escalationsProficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systemsComfortable working in fast-paced, real-time operations environmentQualification & ExperienceGraduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)3–6 years of experience in cab operations, fleet management, logistics, or travel servicesPrior experience handling corporate accounts or key clients is highly preferred
