Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can manage the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted business partner to leadership and employees. This is a sole contributor role that requires a balance of operational excellence, compliance management, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, orientation, engagement, leave management, benefits, compliance, and offboarding.Ensure accurate HRIS data management, timely audits, and reporting.Onboarding & EngagementAdminister new hire onboarding and conduct orientation sessions to integrate employees effectively.Initiate and drive employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture and retention.Business PartneringProvide HR advisory support to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.Compliance & AdministrationManage statutory compliance, labor law adherence, and benefits administration.Maintain employee records (electronic and physical) with confidentiality and accuracy.Handle vendor management and office administration, including facilities coordination and landlord liaison.Projects & InitiativesParticipate in regional HR projects and support the rollout of global initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.Leadership SupportProvide administrative and secretarial support to local business leaders (e.g., visa applications, etc).Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in HRIS tools, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong hands-on HR operations with exposure to business partnering.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Demonstrated experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR project management.At Essentra, we value quality, creativity, teamwork, and continuous growth.
