Student Recruitment & OutreachDesign and execute outreach initiatives to attract prospective undergraduate and/or graduate students. Highlight university benefits to drive admissions.Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, counsellors, and educational partners.Coordinate campus visits, open houses, recruitment fairs, and virtual events.Student Counselling: Counsel prospective students to help them select suitable courses based on their goals.Represent the university at regional, national, or international recruitment events.Develop targeted messaging for diverse student populations.2. Digital Marketing & CommunicationsOversee website content updates related to admissions and academic programs.Manage social media campaigns and paid digital advertising.Collaborate with content creators on brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.Track analytics (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to assess performance.3. Admission processManage the admission application process using relevant ERP platformsCoordinate with faculty and administrative teams for Admission Tests, interviewsCoordinate with administrative team for logistics planning to conduct Admission testsPreparing merit lists at various stages of the admission processManaging the enrolment process of new students and handing over the data to Registrar officePreferred candidate profile:Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields(background in education or counselling preferred).Experience : 5-8years in the related fieldSkills:Strong communication, counselling, and organizational abilities.Interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.Event management , handling onsite vendor teamAdoptable to travel and stay in any mode to appropriately represent the institutionApplication Process: Interested candidates can apply by sending their resumes to hr.resume@, Please mention the Subject: Application for Assistant Manager admissions at MIT IOD
