Job Dimension: Responsible for the execution of operations & safely activities related to plant on day-to-day basis.Span of control: Workmen (TEMIPL / Contractors) 13 nos Plant Operations: Replenish inventory of LPG bottling consumables.Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure that the indent is serviced in packed segment.Ensure proper daily line ups for both bottling and bulk operations.Complete responsibility of productivity of the bottling operations and MT packed per Man – hour.Vehicle turnaround time of the packed segment to be as per the agreed KPI ‘s.Planning of workmen activity for production, bulk loading and other activities as per the demand To ensure 95% of the indent are executed on a daily basis for the bottling segment (On time & Full).Co-ordinate with OIC logistics for the vehicle availability.Overall responsibility of the segregation and storage of cylinders.Control of consumables in bottling and ensuring of the KPI’s to be met with regards to consumables usage.Overall responsibility of upkeep of machinery and reduction in down times during production runs and to ensure that preventive maintenance scheduled is adhered to.Co-ordinate with maintenance executive to ensure that the down time of the bottling machinery.Minimized and the problems with regards to the equipment are addressed.Understanding of TotalEnergies Golden Safety rules, implementation of the same and the encouraging / motivating staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same.Display of “TotalEnergies Attitude” in day to day working and encouraging / motivating staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same.Responsible for invoices booking in SAP and coordinating with purchase management for releasing of payment.Responsible for updating of consumables in SAP for every twice in a month. HSENear Miss and Deviation reporting as per targets at least 2 per year100% HSE KPIs achievementImplementation of MAESTRO at Hyderabad Plant and responsible for Principle No. 4 (Operational Accountability), 8 (Learning from events), 9(Monitoring , audit and Inspection) , 10(Performance Improvement) and ensure nil P1 & P2 pointsIndustrial Hygiene CoordinatorAuthorized signatory to approve permit in case of absence of Plant Manager100% Weekly education program +Tier III checks of transport vehicles100% implementation of company rules depending upon allocated Rule owner.Minimum 2 surprise night checks /year for self and ensuring 10 more for others.Daily Plant inspection, Intime closure of all identified audit points (Internal/External).Min 2 JST target per month is achieved for Hyderabad plantTake part in delivering a safety moment (morning meetings) & sustainability moment (afternoon meetings) at the start of the meetings / Employee Gathering / Employee meet / Sales meet / Review meeting / Training session in the year 2026
