Senior SAP OTC & EDI Consultant (Retail/Fashion Domain)Location: RemoteJob type: Full time or ContractWork Hours: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM ISTPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OTC & EDI Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), particularly in mapping. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in Retail/Fashion industries, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations and support over the past 12–15 years.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP OTC processes, ensuring seamless order management, billing, invoicing, and integration with downstream systems.Drive EDI implementations, focusing on mapping, integration, and troubleshooting across multiple trading partners.Collaborate with business stakeholders in the Retail/Fashion domain to align SAP solutions with industry-specific requirements.Provide end-to-end support for OTC and EDI processes, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Ensure single-project focus, dedicating full attention to assigned engagements.Required Skills & Experience:7–8 years of strong, hands-on experience in SAP OTC.3–4 years of extensive experience in EDI, with deep expertise in mapping.Proven background in Retail/Fashion industry projects.12–15 years overall IT/SAP experience, with a strong consulting mindset.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
