This role will focus on interior and exterior projects, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery across our resort developments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee interior and exterior project execution from planning to completion.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality standards.Monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations.Provide technical expertise and resolve on-site challenges.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.3–6 years of experience in project execution (hospitality/real estate preferred).Strong knowledge of interior and exterior works, materials, and finishes.Excellent communication and project management skills.Location: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
