Key ResponsibilitiesSupport design validation through circuit simulations and hardware prototyping.Perform experimental validation and testing of new developments aligned with the product roadmap.Contribute to hardware development from component selection to schematic development, working closely with the ECAD team for PCB layout and implementation.Develop and execute test plans for electrical, functional, and environmental compliance.Conduct FMEA, derating, and reliability analysis to ensure robust product performance.Support DFX improvements, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and product lifecycle activities.Ensure adherence to established engineering standards and design guidelines.Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Circuit diagrams, design review documents, Test plans and validation reports, FMEA and reliability documentation.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 3–6 years of experience in design and development of power converters/inverters.Strong understanding of power converter topologies, closed-loop control, and compensator design.Experience in high-frequency magnetics design and thermal management of power converters.Hands-on experience with power semiconductor devices and high-power converter designs (≥100 kVA preferred).Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink (or equivalent).Strong capability in debugging and troubleshooting power electronics hardware.Knowledge of FMEA, derating, and reliability engineering practices.Ability to write technical documents.Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
