We are working with a client that is a cybersecurity and compliance consultancy serving SaaS companies.They operate as a productised, structured consultancy with strong founder-led positioning and an AI-forward approach to growth. Their buyers are typically CTOs, Founders, Compliance leaders, and Security stakeholders. This is consultative, trust-led B2B selling, not transactional marketing.About the RoleWe are hiring a Growth & Demand Lead based in India (Remote).This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Founder, with a clear pathway to become Head of Growth.This is not a junior marketing role. It is not a social media role. It is a high-impact growth position requiring ownership, structure, and execution.You will be expected to:Own campaigns end-to-endBuild and optimize funnelsManage CRM and automationOrchestrate multi-channel initiativesOperate autonomously in a fully remote environmentStrategy will be founder-led initially, but execution, structure, and systems thinking will be on you.Who You Are (Experience Required)Must-Have Experience3-5 years in a comparable role such as Growth, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Campaign OwnershipExperience in agency or B2B services environmentsProven end-to-end campaign ownershipExperience marketing complex, trust-based services such as consulting, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, or GRCIf your background is primarily junior social media or content-only work, this is not the right role for you.Nice-to-HaveExperience marketing to CTOs, Founders, or Security/Compliance leadersBackground in cybersecurity, compliance, or SaaSExperience working with EU-facing consultanciesCore ResponsibilitiesYou will:Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaignsOwn CRM structure, tagging, data hygiene, and lifecycle stagesBuild and improve automated marketing funnelsCreate landing page wireframes and mockupsUse AI tools for research, content, and campaign planningCoordinate multi-channel campaigns across content, outbound, paid, and eventsWork with external specialists such as developers, designers, and paid media expertsTrack performance and surface actionable insightsFunnel & Automation ExpectationsYou must:Have built automated funnels beforeBe comfortable learning new tools quicklyUse tools like Zapier, Make, or native integrationsMap customer journeys from first touch to booked callTroubleshoot automation failuresTool loyalty does not matter. Systems thinking does.AI-Driven Marketing CapabilityStrong preference for candidates who use AI in structured workflows, including:Content ideation systemsCampaign planning frameworksPrompt templates and librariesResearch automationAI-assisted copywritingSurface-level AI usage is not enough.
