Job DescriptionRetail PLM SME - PLM technology solutions, acting as the functional & technical expert during the sales processKey duties include conducting product demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, crafting tailored solutions, and supporting sales teams with technical and domain expertise to win complex retail deals.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Presentation: Create tailored, high-impact demonstrations, presentations, and proposals (RFPs) that showcase the value of the retail technology solution.Customer Discovery: Lead discovery workshops to deeply understand client pain points across retail operations, including store, merchandising, and supply chain.Technical Support: Act as the subject matter expert to answer technical questions and provide proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to qualify prospects, develop business cases, and map product features to customer needs.Market Insight: Research industry trends and competitive products to provide feedback to product management teams.Required Skills and ExperienceDomain Expertise: Strong understanding of retail Design and Development operationsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations to both technical and executive audiences.Technical Proficiency: Ability to configure and demonstrate softwareExperience: Generally 6–09 years in a pre-sales, consultancy, or architect role, often requiring a degree in technology or business.Common QualificationsProven experience with retail software PLM system - preferred FlexPLMExperience in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information).Preferred location is BengaluruAbility to travel to client sitesExperience- 06 to 8 yearsWork location- BengaluruIf interested Kindly share updated resume to Sunitha.Devi@
