Linkedin and Meta AdsCreate and optimize landing pages for lead generation and campaign performance.Manage and run LinkedIn campaigns (both organic and paid) to build awareness and drive engagement.Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CPC, and other key KPIs.Create ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies in collaboration with design/content teams.Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.What we are looking for:1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred).Must have an experience of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).Ability to use tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to campaigns.Nice to have:Familiarity with automation and CRM tools.Design and copywriting skills.Why join LeadRoad:Work directly with the Founder and be part of LeadRoad’s growth strategy.Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns.Ownership of projects and room to experiment with new ideas.Fast-paced, learning-first environment with real impact.Send your resume along with any campaign results or marketing samples you’ve managed to -
