THE POSITIONThe Shiv Nadar School seeks a creative People & Culture Partner who is competent, passionate, and dedicated to bringing in change and innovation within the education sector.We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us shape the future of education by bringing the best talent into our classrooms and beyond! From hiring inspiring teachers to dynamic support staff, you’ll play a key role in building a vibrant school community. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires.Partner with Principal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives, building a strong talent pipeline.Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards.Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness.Desired SkillsStrong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ATS/recruitment systems and HR best practices.Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy.Personal AttributesStrong sense of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Empathetic and approachable personality, with the ability to connect with educators and staff.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proactive and solution-focused, able to work independently and in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.High level of professionalism, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.Education & QualificationsMaster’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration preferred.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required.4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage.Notice PeriodPreference will be given to Women candidates who are immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15–20 days.
