Presales Consultant – Proposal Strategy TeamAs a Presales Consultant (Management Trainee), you will be part of the Proposal Strategy team, supportingthe development of high-impact business proposals that drive client success and organizational growth. Thisis a high-visibility role offering hands-on exposure to client engagements, proposal management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You will work closely with internal stakeholders, gain a strong understanding of client requirements, and buildanalytical, communication, and strategic skills while contributing meaningfully to winning proposals.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the creation, structuring, and design of compelling business proposals aligned with clientrequirements• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and client-focused• Interpret and analyse client requirements with support from on-the-job training and mentorship• Support end-to-end proposal management, including content development, formatting, and qualitychecks• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, templates, and proposal standards• Conduct market and competitive research to strengthen proposal value propositions• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal strategies and processes• Maintain and enhance a centralized knowledge repository for proposals and best practices• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and update marketing collaterals and pitch materials• Leverage digital tools and platforms to support proposal development and collaboration• Engage with cross-functional teams to build strong working relationships and business understandingWhat This Role Offers• High exposure to client-facing presales activities• Opportunity to learn proposal strategy, bid management, and business storytelling• Hands-on experience with cross-functional collaboration• A structured learning environment with mentorship and growth opportunities• Strong foundation for a career in Presales, Consulting, or Business StrategyAdditional Details• Experience: 6 months to 2 Years• Location of work: Bangalore (Hybrid)• Probation Period: 6 Months• Education: BE / B.
