We are seeking an experienced and process-driven ServiceNow Change Manager to lead and govern enterprise-wide IT change management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring structured, risk-aware, and compliant change processes aligned with ITIL best practices and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service stability, minimizing operational risk, and driving continuous process improvement across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Change Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide change management policies and procedures aligned with ITIL and regulatory standards.Change Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of all IT changes, including infrastructure, application, and security changes—ensuring minimal disruption to critical business services.Risk & Impact Assessment: Evaluate change requests for risk, impact, and readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation and rollback plans.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, business units, and compliance teams to ensure transparent communication and collaboration during change planning and execution.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance change processes, automation, and governance controls to increase efficiency and compliance.Reporting & Metrics: Prepare regular reports and dashboards on change activity, success rates, incidents, and audit readiness for senior management and regulatory reviews.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of proactive change management, emphasizing risk awareness, accountability, and service stability.Required Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Understanding of financial services compliance and cybersecurity principles.Certifications (Preferred):ITIL Foundation or Practitioner CertificationPMP, Prosci Change Management, or COBIT certificationRelevant cloud or technical certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
