We are hiring a HORECA Sales Executive for a fast-growing premium beverage brand redefining the in-home and out-of-home coffee experience across India.The Brand is looking for a dynamic sales professional with strong exposure to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes & QSR chains, who can drive revenue growth and build long-term key accounts.What You’ll DoResponsible for HORECA Sales Targets and ensuring that all Sales Orders are acknowledged and serviced promptly.Responsible for providing projections for all Key Accounts as a part of the Demand Planning and Business Forecasting exercise.Find and target potential clients in the hospitality industry such as Hotels, Restaurants and Cafe and Catering Business.Ensure to meet clients and negotiate deals, closures, and re-orders while maintaining customer satisfaction.To be able to prepare all sales reports, market visit, and consumption reports promptly.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in selling to 4- & 5-Star Hotels / Hospitality industryStrong understanding of HORECA sales cycles & institutional businessExperience in field sales and willingness to travelAbility to communicate product features & convert client requirements into business opportunitiesStrong negotiation & account management skills]Team player with a go-getter attitudeIndividual contributor role.6 days working with Extensive travelling.
