(ResponsibilitiesBuild detailed financial models, valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable transactions, precedent deals), and scenario assessments to support M&A, IPO, and capital raising transactionsConduct in-depth industry, company, and market research, synthesizing data from multiple sourcesMonitor developments and key news relevant to Consumer, Retail and E-Commerce sectorsPrepare pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for internal stakeholdersAssist in due diligence, gathering and verifying critical data and documentation for transactionsPrepare and present regular status reports, analyses, and updates to senior managementCandidate will work very closely with senior management on high impact assignmentsRequired QualificationsCA/MBA from Top-Tier College with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking roleProficiency in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, and basic financial databases/platformsExceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task on tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analysis and recommendationsPreferred ExperiencePrior internship or experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or private equityFamiliarity with valuation methodologies and transaction structuringInterested candidates can send their CVs to om.b@ and arif@ along with a brief about yourself.
