The company is dedicated to enhancing crop productivity and enabling sustainable farming practices.Role & Responsibilities:Agrayan is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team asSenior Manager. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader responsible for technicalproduct understanding of Agrayan offerings (conversational AI, IoT, analytics), customer engagement andsolutioning to translate agri business challenges into technology outcomes, supporting sales and dealinfluence through consultative technical interactions and proof-of-value demonstrations.This role combines technical knowledge of agritech systems with commercial acumen, and requiresstrong communication skills to engage with customers, field teams, partners, and internal product andsales teams. The role is based in Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:Technical Enablement & Product Expertise:Develop deep domain knowledge of Agrayan’s technology stack including conversational AI capabilities, IoT-enabled smart farming systems, precision farming analytics, and multichannel integrations.Serve as the internal subject matter expert on agriculture tech solutions — mapping customer needs to product features and technical configurations.Stay current with agritech trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (AI, sensors, data platforms) relevant to Agrayan’s evolution.Customer Engagement & Solutions LeadershipWork directly with prospective and existing customers (agribusinesses, FPOs, NGOs, institutions) togather requirements, co-design technical solutions, and drive pilots.Lead technical presentations, live demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts with cross-functional customer teams.Translate complex agritech challenges into compelling value propositions, helping customers visualize ROI and operational impact.Interface with government institutes, Nurture existing and build new relationships with state and central government agriculture and related departments.Sales Support & Deal InfluencePartner closely with sales leadership to influence deal progress through technical credibility and solution articulation.Respond to RFPs / RFIs with high-quality technical content, use cases, and architectural fit assessments.Provide commercial teams with competitive insights, risk areas, and implementation approximations to support pricing and negotiations.Implementation Guidance & Field SuccessLiaise with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and implementation success.Act as a go-between for customers and technical teams, ensuring field feedback informs product improvements.Facilitate post-implementation adoption reviews and help customers maximize value from platform features.Knowledge Sharing & Ecosystem DevelopmentCreate and maintain technical collateral, solution briefs, training materials, case studies, and bestpractices.Support partner enablement initiatives and external community engagement (events, webinars, demos) to broaden product reach.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agritech, Engineering (IT/Computer Science), Data Science, or related fields.Experience10–15 years of experience in agritech, agricultural engineering, tech product support, or solution consulting roles.Hands-on involvement with AI/ML product features, IoT systems, precision agriculture platforms, or analytics applications is highly desirable.Technical SkillsGood understanding of AI-driven conversational platforms, API integrations, data analytics fundamentals, and IoT device interfaces.Familiarity with smart farming technologies (sensor networks, automated irrigation/fertigation, crop monitoring).Ability to interpret technical workflows, articulate system architecture benefits, and troubleshoot high-level solution gaps.Customer & Commercial SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to engage with business and technical decision-makers and influence outcomes through solution framing.Proven experience supporting commercial deals, responding to technical queries in sales contexts, and enabling customer confidence.Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsComfortable dissecting customer problems across the agri value chain and mapping them to practical, scalable technology solutions.Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data and customer feedback into product recommednations.Preferred AttributesPrior exposure to enterprise SaaS product environments and customer success interactions.Experience working with multilingual/agricultural end-users or field-based adoption models.Knowledge of API integrations with CRM/ERP platforms, messaging channels, and data pipelines.What Success Looks Like in 12 MonthsStrong technical adoption of Agrayan across new and existing agri clients with measurable engagement improvements.A pipeline of technically validated sales opportunities influenced by solution-level leadership.Improved customer satisfaction scores driven by proactive technical support, onboarding excellence, and feature utilization.
