TrueBlue assigns as many as 100,000 people to work each day, drawing from a database of hundreds of thousands of candidates, and places more than 250,000 people in permanent positions each year.About the RoleThe role involves managing the recruitment process and life cycle, collaborating with corporate leaders, and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, salary negotiations, and offers.Collaborate with TrueBlue Corporate Talent Acquisition Leader on broader, long-term strategies.Participate in key Corporate Talent Acquisition meetings to ensure alignment on hiring plans and compliance.Effectively build talent communities through various channels: Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs).Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source A players from colleges, workplaces, databases, etc.Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.Manage relations across businesses and the Talent Recruitment team, establish ongoing relationships with the business managers to understand their business and recruitment needs, and fill their open positions promptly.Ensure team adherence to client and organizational process requirements and security procedures.Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting-related questions and concerns.Regularly evaluate the applicant pool and assess, track, and report on time to hire, cost to hire, and diversity of hires, to identify trends and cost-effectiveness.Represent the company at recruiting events and professional conferences. Plan and execute hiring events.Manage cost-effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies, job boards, background companies, and other outside contracts. Conduct periodic evaluations of current contracts and provide recommendations for modifications.Qualifications and SkillsGraduate / Post Graduate, preferably MBA.Minimum of 5+ years in Recruitment.Understanding of recruiting metrics and SLAs.Excellent knowledge of social media biz acumen, and strong know-how of products and services industry.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).Have strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and documenting skills.Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.Possess superior time management and problem-solving skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, TA.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Good exposure to recruitment from entry-level to mid-level management.High level of interpersonal skills and integrity and be a solid team player.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
