Job DetailsLocation: Remote (India)Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM ISTStart Date: Early joiners preferredCompensation: Up to 12 - 16 LPA (depending on experience)Ad Operations Team Lead – IndiaWe are expanding our India operations and are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Team Lead to strengthen campaign execution quality, mentor a growing team, and partner closely with US-based stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on digital advertising expertise with strong people leadership, operational discipline, and a continuous-improvement mindset.Job SummaryAs Team Lead – Ad Operations, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for digital campaign delivery, platform troubleshooting, and quality assurance across paid media channels.You will act as the primary bridge between the India Ad Operations team and US-based teams, ensuring aligned priorities, high delivery standards, and smooth cross-timezone collaboration. The role requires excellent English communication, structured thinking, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and support the ad operations team to drive efficiency, quality, and accountabilityConduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development planningContribute to onboarding and ongoing training programs for the teamPartner with senior leadership on capacity planning and team growth initiativesCampaign Management & Platform ExcellenceOversee delivery and QA of paid media campaigns across major platformsTroubleshoot platform issues and ensure campaigns meet policy and quality standardsManage ad rejection reviews, appeals, and compliance escalations with Google and MetaCross-Functional CollaborationServe as the primary liaison between India Ad Operations and US-based teams including Client Success, Technical Account Management, and AnalyticsCoordinate with technical teams to improve tooling, workflows, and real-time visibilityData, Reporting & Quality ControlSupport the team with GA4 reviews and media tracking validationHelp translate campaign delivery data into operational insightsEnsure consistent documentation and escalation hygieneProcess Improvement & ScalabilityIdentify gaps in workflows and implement quality control improvementsDrive process standardization, automation, and operational innovationReduce error rates and improve turnaround times at scaleQualificationsRequired8+ years of experience in digital advertising / ad operations3+ years of people management experienceStrong hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and Google Tag ManagerExperience working with JIRA or similar ticketing systemsProven ability to troubleshoot platform issues and manage ad rejectionsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related fieldPreferredExposure to LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or LookerWorking knowledge of HTML, XML, or JavaScriptGoogle Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certificationsMaster’s degreeWhy Join GACSWork closely with global teams supporting international customersLead and shape a growing India-based ad operations functionHigh ownership role with real impact on quality, scale, and outcomesCollaborative, execution-focused culture with room to growGACS is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity, inclusion, and merit-based growth.
