We are looking for an experienced Manager Client Implementation & Managed Services to lead end-to-end implementation of data asset projects and managed services. This role owns the full implementation lifecycle from contract sign-off through onboarding, configuration, go-live, and transition to steady-state operations.Location: GurgaonAbout Employer- The employer is a fast-growing organization operating in the risk, compliance, and data intelligence space, helping financial institutions effectively manage regulatory, compliance, and operational risks.The company works with global clients across banking, fintech, payments, and other regulated industries, delivering technology-enabled platforms and managed services to support complex regulatory and business requirements.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end client implementations for products and managed services from contract sign-off to go-liveOwn implementation planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governanceAct as the primary implementation SPOC for clients and internal stakeholdersUnderstand client business, compliance, and operational requirements and translate them into system and service configurationsOversee configuration of workflows, rules, risk frameworks, SLAs, reporting, and managed service modelsCoordinate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Managed Services teamsDrive UAT, pilot runs, production deployment, and implementation sign-offEnsure smooth handover to BAU managed services teams, including SOPs, runbooks, and escalation matricesManage client expectations, risks, issues, and escalations during implementationEnsure implementations adhere to regulatory, security, and internal governance standardsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and delivery efficiencyRequirements8-12 years of experience in implementation, client delivery, managed services, operations, or consulting rolesProven experience owning and leading client-facing implementations or service transitionsStrong understanding of KYC, AML, compliance, risk, or regulatory-driven products (preferred)Exposure to fintech, regtech, banking, payments, or compliance platforms is an added advantageReach Us: If you feel this opportunity is well aligned with your career progression plans, please feel free to reach me with your updated profile at chimpy.salgotra@ for a confidential discussion on the role.Disclaimer: Crescendo Global specializes in Senior to C-level niche recruitment.
