Technical ExecutionLead daily engineering standups (outcome-focused)Break down product requirements into integrated workstreamsRemove cross-team blockers by solving them yourselfEnsure sprints deliver shippable, integrated outputs2. Hands-On Contribution (Mandatory)Deep expertise in at least ONE:AI/ML Engineering (deployment, MLOps, data pipelines)Backend Architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud)Full-Stack Engineering (React/Node or similar, real-time systems)IoT/Edge Systems (protocols, device integration)Robotics Integration (control systems, automation)What you'll do:Review and approve PRsDebug critical production issuesContribute to architecture decisionsWrite code for critical paths/blockers3.
