Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Quality In this role, you will be accountable for all the strategic and execution activities related to Quality assurance in US Wealth and Retirement processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine & Lead QA Strategy: Design and implement a robust Quality Assurance framework across US Wealth & Retirement operations, aligned to regulatory, client, and business objectives.Governance & Controls Excellence: Evaluate control effectiveness, strengthen risk mitigation mechanisms, and introduce proactive controls to minimize financial and regulatory exposure.Lead & Develop QA Teams: Manage and mentor high-performing QA teams; drive audit rigor, calibration discipline, and structured performance improvement programs.Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary QA interface for clients; lead governance forums, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.Performance & Insight-Led Improvement: Translate audit insights into actionable interventions to enhance SLA adherence, accuracy, productivity, and overall business health.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Transformation teams to embed quality-by-design principles across processes.Dashboarding & Reporting: Publish executive dashboards, quality scorecards, business health metrics, and improvement trackers across business groups.Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Drive automation, digitization, and analytics-led quality initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.Leadership Reviews & Governance Forums: Conduct periodic business reviews with senior leadership and line managers covering SLA performance, risk posture, and client health.Industry & Regulatory Alignment: Stay current with US Wealth & Retirement regulations, industry best practices, and evolving risk trends.Qualifications we seek in you!
