At Krishvi Group, we are dedicated to crafting innovative solutions and maintaining our signature excellence in every project.Role DescriptionWe have a requirement for Procurement Manager-Real Estate Residential Construction with 10-12 years of experience.Procurement Head in a Real Estate (Residential) Company to ensure that all materials, services, and contractors required for real estate projects are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with project timelines and quality standards.This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Procurement Manager specializing in real estate construction. The Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement process, including managing vendor relationships, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities will also include contract management, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and meeting project timelines while adhering to quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with the construction and project management teams to support the successful completion of real estate projects.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors.Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.Establish long-term partnerships with reliable service providers.Procurement PlanningDevelop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines.Forecast demand for materials and services for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand material and service needs.Tendering & ContractingPrepare and float RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.Evaluate bids and proposals.Ensure all legal and compliance aspects are met during contracting.Cost Control & Budget ManagementMonitor procurement budgets and ensure cost savings.Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make informed buying decisions.Inventory & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials.Work with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure supplier reliability to avoid project delays.Qualification:BE / Diploma in Civil / Electrical Skills:Negotiation SkillsVendor ManagementPlanningSupply ManagementQualificationsProven skills in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processesProficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract ManagementStrong Analytical Skills to assess costs, quality, and supplier performanceExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesProficiency with procurement software and tools is a plusExperience in real estate construction projects and knowledge of market trendsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field
