Job TitleInformatica MDM SaaS LeadExperience : 8–12+ YearsLocation: Remote/ BangalorePref US ShiftRole OverviewLumenData is looking for an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to lead design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Master Data Management solutions on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS, along with leadership capabilities to manage teams and stakeholders across complex data programs.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & DeliveryLead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS solutions (Party, Product, Customer, Supplier, Reference Data).Architect and design scalable MDM SaaS solutions using IDMC components.Configure and customize:Business entities, hierarchies, relationshipsMatch & Merge rulesTrust, survivorship, validation rulesInbound and outbound integrationsOversee data ingestion and publishing using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Application Integration (CAI).Ensure data quality standards using Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) / IDQ.Support data governance, stewardship workflows, and security configurations.Drive performance tuning, data modeling, and best practices for MDM SaaS.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the MDM SaaS technical lead for client engagements.Mentor and guide MDM developers and junior architects.Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery managers.Translate business requirements into technical MDM SaaS designs.Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and RFP responses.Process & GovernanceDefine MDM standards, frameworks, and reusable assets.Ensure adherence to LumenData delivery methodology and client governance.Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release planning.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory8+ years of experience in Informatica MDM, with strong hands-on experience in MDM SaaS (IDMC).Deep understanding of:Match & Merge strategiesTrust framework and survivorshipData modeling and hierarchiesHands-on experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI).Experience with IDQ / CDQ for data quality rules and validations.Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.Experience working in cloud-based data architectures.Good to HaveExperience with CAI for real-time integrations.Exposure to MDM migration from on-prem to SaaS.Experience in Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or BFS domains.Informatica certifications (MDM / IDMC).Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead and influence technical teams.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Experience working in Agile delivery models.Why Join LumenData?Work on large-scale enterprise MDM SaaS transformations.Be part of a global Informatica-focused data management leader.Opportunity to lead high-impact programs with Fortune clients.Strong career growth in cloud data management and architecture.
