JOB DESCRIPTION - HRBP ManagerLocation - JamnagarExp. 10 - 12 yrsROLES & RESPONSBILITIES - Support with all business partnering activities for Employee Life cycle such as Hiring, On boarding, Training, Talent Management, Performance Management, separations and employee engagement Work closely with the site leadership to understand staffing requirements for existing and new projects; prepare the JDs and conduct recruitment for timely staffing of these requirements. Maintain good connect with the employees and resolve employee grievances. Periodically provide functional updates regarding progress on the HR KPIs and important assignments to the Business leadership and HR leadership Ensure compliance to all central and local labour laws for the on roll employees and contract staff engaged in the New Energy Battery Organization at the Site. Maintain Industrial peace and harmony through proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring. Periodically review the business performance and plans with the Site leadership to understand training requirements for near and long term and develop training calendar, content and delivery plans. Foster a culture of high performance and cross-functional upskilling by driving job rotations, employee movements across different domains, functions and roles to build an agile and fungible work force. Drive and implement organization-restructuring exercises for the site organization to enable smooth and effective business workflows, optimize headcount and build rewarding career paths for high performing employees. Ensure cascading of business targets and plans into meaning full and actionable goals for teams and individuals; support Mid year and quarterly reviews and drive a fair and meritocratic performance evaluation and rewards cycle. Plan and organise employee interactions and communication sessions at periodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedbacks. Provide HR Policy interpretation and guidance to employees and leader Educational Experience. Total experience of 10-12 years in HR teams of Manufacturing . Following experience is desired: Having worked in a project construction to commissioning, start up and steady state operation set up. Dealing with multiple stakeholders across different Site functions such as construction, procurement, operations, maintenance and safety to deliver HR services. Managing procurement and compliance of contract staff for Site operations. Organization design and recruitment for large-scale projects. Skill & Competencies Proactive approach to identify and plan for future requirement. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Clear communication with Management, employees and other stakeholders. Manage Ambiguity Excellent Relationship building Understanding of business, business environment and market trend.
