This position requires the ability to manage significant streams of work into an aligned roadmap, while overseeing risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID). The role will act as a central point of coordination for internal and at times external stakeholders, ensuring that all initiatives remain aligned with business strategy and company OKRs through clear reporting and analytics.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)Project Governance & StandardsLead the establishment and refinement of project management standards, structures, and governance frameworks to ensure on-time delivery of quality projects.Ensure the correct level of documentation, coordination, and control is in place to deliver change effectively, maintaining a cohesive roadmap of all active workstreams.Facilitate key governance forums to showcase best practices, ensuring teams across the organisation serve as examples of execution excellence.Act as a subject matter expert for Agile methodologies, ensuring squads understand and apply appropriate practices to deliver value.2. Risk, Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders, managing complex dependencies, blockers, and critical path risks.Provide accurate, data-led project reporting that offers clear visibility into portfolio health against company OKRs.Develop and manage collaborative professional relationships with cross-functional squads, ensuring alignment between day-to-day operations and strategic goals.Work with the Data & Performance Lead to use data insights for diagnosing capability gaps and trends requiring remediation3.
