We create world-class educational and entertaining videos for preschool audiences and are looking for a talented Scriptwriter to help scale our content production with engaging scripts and storytelling.Key Responsibilities1) Craft Engaging Scripts: Write and deliver 15 unique scripts weekly (35-45 seconds each) using the 3-arc story structure, ensuring the content is age-appropriate, imaginative, and aligned with BabyBillion’s guidelines.2) Write Hindi Voiceover Dialogues: Create engaging, relatable, and fun Hindi dialogues for voiceovers while avoiding negative language. Coordinate with the voice-over team to ensure timely delivery and maintain a 95% satisfaction rate via director feedback.3) Incorporate Performance Metrics: Use data insights from YouTube analytics (STR, APV) to refine scripts, improving story engagement and viewer retention.
