Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and solution-oriented CPQ Developer to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex product configurations and pricing models on Logik, which is now part of the ServiceNow family.While experience with Logik.io is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are looking for CPQ experts from any major ecosystem (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Conga/Apttus) who possess a deep /"under-the-hood/" understanding of how configuration engines work. We will provide full training on the Logik and the wider ServiceNow platform to help you become a well-rounded CPQ developer.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable product models, utilising nested bundles, attribute-based configuration, and constraint rules.Logic Development: Write and maintain advanced logic, formulas, and scripts to handle sophisticated pricing requirements (e.g., volume discounting, proration, and multi-dimensional quoting).Platform Integration: Collaborate with CRM and ERP teams to ensure seamless data flow from the configuration engine to downstream systems for order fulfilment.Optimisation: Audit and refactor existing configuration rules to improve system performance and the end-user sales experience.Testing & QA: Perform rigorous unit testing and regression testing to ensure 100% accuracy in quote outputs.Required Skills and QualificationsAt impactron, we value your deep understanding of the CPQ domain.
