Role: EIR – Strategic SupplyWe are building India’s EV-as-a-Service platform — deploying electric passenger autoswith drivers for leading demand aggregators. As we scale, one function becomes the backboneof growth:Driver supply at scaleQuality + retentionLowest possible cost of acquisitionWe’re looking for a high-agency Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to build and scale ourStrategic Supply vertical from the ground up.What you’ll own:- Build and scale vendor hiring channels for driver onboarding at volume- Create migrant sourcing strategies focused on quality + cost efficiency- Build online driver acquisition channels + lead pipeline- Set up and run a tele calling conversion engine- Build SOPs, hire and manage the supply team from scratch- Drive partnerships with Govt bodies, unions, gig communities & NGOs for bulk onboarding- Track supply metrics weekly and continuously improve conversion + productivityWho should apply:- 10+ years experience in driver supply ecosystem (mobility/logistics/3PL preferred)- Proven ability to source drivers through structured channels (vendors, communities,institutions)- Strong ownership mindset — you enjoy 0→1 building, execution, and problem solving- Comfortable with a high equity / long-term value creation compensation structureIf this role excites you, please DM:1-page resume
