We partner with leading local restaurants and manage thousands of corporate deliveries each week through a centralized operations platform.We are backed by General Catalyst — the same investment firm behind Airbnb and Snapchat — and led by experienced operators from high-growth consumer and financial services companies.Club Feast is built to scale: strong operational discipline, clear ownership, and systems designed for national volume.About the RoleWe are hiring an Operations Specialist – Live Delivery & City Operations to join our core operations team.This is a fully remote role based in India, supporting U.S. delivery operations and working primarily during U.S. business hours.You will be responsible for real-time delivery execution across multiple U.S. cities, operating at the intersection of dispatch, logistics, and city operations. The role requires fast decision-making, operational judgment, and ownership during high-volume service windows. You’ll work closely with the COO and senior leadership to improve processes, maintain performance, and scale operations nationally.This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, exposure to leadership, and a clear growth path in a scaled, venture-backed company.What You’ll DoLive Delivery & Dispatch OperationsManage daily dispatch and live delivery execution across assigned U.S. citiesAudit orders for accuracy before routes go liveAssign and adjust delivery routes based on timing, capacity, and availabilityMonitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues as they ariseReassign routes or resources to maintain on-time performanceCity & Company OperationsOwn key components of city operations beyond dispatchPartner closely with Driver Engagement, Restaurant Operations, and Account Management teamsIdentify operational gaps and escalate risks before they impact serviceDrive process standardization as volume and markets scale nationallyQuality Control & Decision-MakingReview delivery proof, timestamps, and compliance with operational standardsMake fast, sound decisions during high-volume service windowsCommunicate clearly and efficiently across teams during live operationsReporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare daily end-of-day reports with core operational metricsTrack KPIs including on-time delivery, incident resolution, and route efficiencyProactively recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and SOPsWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)Independently managing live delivery operations across multiple U.S. citiesBecoming a trusted escalation point during peak service windowsImproving on-time performance and reducing delivery incidentsContributing measurable improvements to operational processes and toolingWho You Are2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or last-mile deliveryHighly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplinedA self-starter who takes ownership and executes without constant directionCalm under pressure and effective in fast-moving environmentsComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and web-based toolsStrong communicator across teams and time zonesComfortable working primarily during U.S. business hoursWhy Join Club FeastWork closely with the COO and senior leadership teamHigh ownership and accountability from day oneRemote-first, globally distributed operations teamClear growth path as the company continues national expansionOpportunity to move into broader operations and leadership rolesJoin a well-funded, scaled company building a category-defining corporate catering platform
