Job Location: BangaloreJob Role: Associate Vice President - Large Account PracticesJob Description:Client Relationship and Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for large enterprise clients.Build trusted relationships with Management, operations leaders and client stakeholders.Understand client expectations, business priorities, and evolving needs.Conduct regular governance meetings and performance reviewsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure that all employees and dependentsTPA Management: Liase and co-ordinate with the servicing TPAs of the large accounts to deliver best-in-class claims servicesService Delivery Ownership:Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of services as defined in the client agreement.Ensure service stability, process adherence, and continuous improvement across delivery units.Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutionPerformance ManagementTrack & report service KPIs.Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet contractual standardsContract & Compliance OversightEnsure all services are delivered in line with the contractual terms & scope.Manage escalations, audits, and compliance requirements, especially for regulated industries such as health insurance.Support renewals, rate discussions, and change request evaluationsProcess Improvement & TransformationIdentify automation, digitization, and workflow optimization opportunities.Lead process re‑engineering initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.Drive continuous improvementExperience:12–15 years in health claims and related rolesExperience in handling post sales service operations of large accounts.
