Role Overview:The Insight Curator will support the strategy and planning teams by gathering, analysing, and curating consumer, media, and market insights. This role is ideal for freshers who are curious about consumer behavior, media trends, and data-backed storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in collecting and curating insights from multiple sources such as market reports, media data, industry publications, and digital platformsSupport teams with consumer understanding, category trends, and competitive analysisHelp convert data into clear insights, summaries, and presentations for internal teams and client decksTrack media, cultural, and digital trends relevant to brands and categoriesWork closely with strategy, planning, and analytics teams on ongoing projectsMaintain and update insight repositories, dashboards, and knowledge documentsSupport ad-hoc research requests and quick-turnaround analysisSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and logical thinkingGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to simplify data into meaningful insightsComfortable working with numbers, reports, and presentationsBasic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)Curiosity about media, advertising, brands, and consumer behaviourAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood to Have (Not Mandatory)Basic understanding of media planning, digital marketing, or advertisingExposure to tools like Google Trends, Statista, BARC reports, Kantar, Nielsen (even academic exposure is fine)Internship experience in media, research, consulting, or analytics
