Job Title: Functional Consultant – ERP (Post-Live Services, Food & Beverage)Location: Bangalore, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-Time Role OverviewWe are hiring a mid-level Functional Consultant to support the post-live operations of our Aptean Food & Beverage ERP suite, including bcFood and JustFood, all built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.This position will be part of the Global Operations expansion team in Bangalore, providing scalable, high-quality support and enhancement delivery to our North American customer base. You will be responsible for post-go-live service requests including scoping, minor enhancements, configuration, user enablement, and issue resolution.This role requires deep familiarity with Business Central, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a virtual global team. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver post-live ERP consulting services for Aptean’s Food & Beverage ERP products (JustFood, bcFood, Aptean F&B)Perform functional analysis, configuration, and testing of enhancement requests and small-scale changesParticipate in scoping sessions with onshore leads and translate client needs into actionable work plansDocument business requirements and prepare functional specifications for the development teamCollaborate with technical and QA resources to ensure high-quality solution deliveryProvide functional support for escalated issues requiring root cause analysisContribute to the team’s work intake process, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiativesWork overlapping hours (at least 3–4 hours daily) with North American teams and customers Required Qualifications3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralProven experience in ERP consulting or post-implementation support, preferably in the manufacturing or food & beverage sectorAbility to independently handle enhancement requests, user training, and functional testingStrong documentation and communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate requirements and outcomesExperience working in a global delivery model or supporting international clients Preferred SkillsExposure to JustFood, bcFood, or other Aptean F&B verticalsFamiliarity with AL language or BC extensionsUnderstanding of food safety, lot traceability, or industry-specific compliance workflowsPrior experience working in a COE or shared services modelIf you share our mindset, you can share in our success.
