Recognized as one of the most innovative fintech companies, Scienaptic has been named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and the CB Insights Fintech 100. 6+ years in Technical Integrations, Product Implementation, or client-facing technical roles.● Strong expertise in monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, MongoDB Atlas, APM,log analysis tools).● Hands-on experience in Python for automation and client solutions● Proficient in REST APIs, Linux, Jenkins, GitHub, shell scripting, and AWS (certification is a plus).● Experience with multi-tenant systems, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, workflow automation andintegration pipelines● Excellent debugging, problem-solving skills and client communication skills; capable of managingSLAs and escalations.● Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to client siteWhat will you work on:● Own end-to-end client issue resolution across application, infrastructure, and database layers● Troubleshoot production issues using observability tools to identify root causes● Implement workflow integrations, deployments, and automation pipelines● Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science teams for timely resolution● Mentor junior team members and drive operational excellence● Ensure SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and issue closure● Solve technical challenges and client issues with hands-on investigation and client calls● Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integrationphasesWhy work with us?● Work with a high-calibre team of engineers, data scientists, and product experts.● High ownership role with high visibility● Opportunity to influence system reliability and shape operational excellence.● Collaborative, agile, and growth-oriented environment.
