Then come join us!Position summaryTrek’s Marketing Team is seeking Paid Social, Analytics and Tagging Specialists to elevate our global paid social activity to new heights as well as own the GTM/GA4 setup, tracking and data integrity of all digital marketing channels. This Paid Social, Analytics and Tagging Specialists will run paid social activity for a number of international markets, driving awareness, consideration, sales and high-quality traffic to and ensure all campaigns and channels are accurately measured and continuously optimized through accurate tracking.Paid Social Key Responsibilities:Lead the charge in owning and managing paid social accounts for multiple international markets, plan, launch and optimize campaigns to hit awareness, engagement and conversion goals.Own day to day channel management: budgets, pacing, bids, audiences and campaign set up in alignment with each market’s business goals.Adapt the strategy and planning in reflection of local market cultures, languages and nuances including a clear understanding of the use of locally-specific paid social channels.Support a full funnel strategy using your expertise to make recommendations and execute on budget, flighting, channel usage with a clear understanding of target demographics and assetsProvide ongoing feedback and recommendations on budget and approach based on performance, platform updates and industry insights.Work closely with other paid channel specialists to strategize a cohesive approach to budget, strategy and performance with a good understanding of the full media ecosystem.Tag Management and Analytics Key Responsibilities: Own GTM containers: Tags, triggers, variables, environments, versioning and QA for all digital marketing channels.Configure and maintain GA4 (events, conversions, custom dims/metrics, audiences) and ensure accurate cross-domain/ecommerce tracking.Maintain & manage pixels for all paid social platformsOwn GA4 data quality and maintain tagging with GTMAlign campaign naming, UTMs and taxonomy standards for consistent, trustworthy reporting.Lead troubleshooting & action solutions for tracking issuesCreate and own roadmap of analytics improvements quantifying impact of fixes and reporting progress to stakeholders.Skills, Experience & attributes5-8 years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally across multiple platforms and markets as part of a wider business strategy5+ years of experience in tagging and google analytics and google tag managementAbility to manage time and priorities in alignment with the business goalsAbility to clearly communicate performance and strategy to team lead or internal stakeholdersComprehensive understanding of digital advertising metricsExperience with google analytics (GA4); adept at data retrieval, dashboard creation, and audience developmentBring great energy and have a great sense of fun!We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Employer.
