Company Name- Anudip Foundation For Social WelfareWebsite- Location- BangaloreOperational Leadership:• Ensure seamless operation of multiplecenters within the designated cluster.• Provide strategic direction and operationalleadership to multiple centers within theassigned cluster with a focus on enrollmentand placements• Implement programs, oversee center levelactivities within the cluster, manageresources, and foster a collaborative andinclusive environment to achieveorganizational objectives.• Ensure consistent implementation oforganizational policies and procedures.Program Management & Coordination:• Oversee the coordination and execution ofprograms across the cluster.• Collaborate with center managers to ensureprogram alignment with beneficiary needsand organizational goals.• Enable implementation of execution plans toadhere to project mandates and timelines.• Ensure compliance with process metricesand quality standards while continuouslyseeking opportunities for programimprovement.Stakeholder Engagement:• Liaison with internal stakeholders foroperational requirements.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith community partners, and otherexternal stakeholders to enhance the impactand reach of the cluster.• Collaborate with cross functional internalteams (PMO, Academic Excellence, HR,M&E, CRD, MIS, Curriculum, IT, Finance,Admin etc.) for operational requirements.• Participate in formal meetings to shareoperational feedback with respectivestakeholders.• Effective enrolment strategyPeople Management:• Train, and mentor center managers andsupport staff within the cluster.• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture,provide leadership and support to promoteprofessional development and teamwork.• Enable optimal productivity level ofreporting teams.• Implement performance metrics to assessthe effectiveness of center operations.• Establish and communicate attritionreduction and employee satisfaction plans tocenter managers, outlining specificstrategies, feedback mechanisms, andcontinuous improvement plans.Resource Management:• Manage budgetary resources effectively tomaximize impact across all centers.• Monitor and optimize resource allocation,including staffing, supplies, and equipment.• Manage the budget for projects effectively,ensuring the allocation of resources alignswith program priorities and organizationalobjectives.Documentation Compliance and Quality Assurance:• Prepare regular reports on programoutcomes, financial performance, and otherkey metrics.• Maintain and review comprehensivedocumentation of program activities andimpact for the purpose of internal reviewsand internal and external audits.• Ensure compliance with relevant laws,regulations, and organizational standards.• Implement quality assurance measures touphold service excellence.• Use of Technology tools and generateculture of technology adoptionDesired Profile:• Graduate/post graduate in any discipline• Experience in skill development CSR projects• Good experience in operations and team management skills• 7+ years of experience in the skilling sector with a focus onmobilization and placements
