Roles & Responsibilites:Organization Efficiency, Talent Development & Organization Culture1. Build sound understanding of business strategy to develop and implement people priorities that include leadership development, career development, culture, workforce planning, rewards, organizational design and development, organizational change management, succession planning, retention, and engagement2. Build succession plans & a strong talent pipeline to enable business continuity3. Serve as a people advocate and find ways to improve engagement, workplace relationships and develop a sense of community to boost productivity and retention4. Design and deliver radically simple solutions to people challenges while ensuring alignment with the organizational priorities by partnering closely with specialist HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Total RewardsPeople Programs1. Own & oversee complete management of relevant people programs such as performance management, performance improvement, employee pulse checks, rewards, etc.2. Partner with the HR Head / business teams on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compliance, Employee Relations, Payroll, C&B, etc. to implement critical HR and organization processes in the respective business units3. Analyse data and develop insights & recommendations that help drive people decisionsPreferred Candidate Profile:1. 5-6 years of relevant HR experience from a start-up / mid-sized organization2. Post-graduation degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology3. Ability to confidently navigate through ambiguous situations & identify appropriate solutions4. Good communicator (verbal & written) who can manage senior leadership stakeholders5. Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced dynamic business environment
