Job Title - Manager TPMLocation - Ponda, GoaKey ResponsibilitiesJob purpose:To spearhead and co-ordinate initiatives pertaining to start , implement and sustaining continuous improvement in Manufacturing Operations specially focusing on TPM and Lean Manufacturing.Key responsibilities:To initiate TPM implementation at new unitsTo Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit protocolTo provide training on TPM to Managers and create TPM LeadersTo identify areas for extending and expanding TPM initiativeBudget responsibilities:As per specified in budgetNumber of reportsNo direct reports.2. Business contextReports to :DVP at HO or EVPStructure or context:TPM is a way of life that we plan our units and other functions to be in the coming future. It is important that the complete TPM program is well understood and the philosophy is fully implemented across all our manufacturing units and the same then be extended to other functions to move towards world class manufacturing and substantially reduce operational cost..
