Experience & Requirements5–9 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or fashion/luxury marketing.Proven experience scaling high-AOV D2C brands and owning paid media budgets.Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads, creative testing, and performance analytics.Deep knowledge of fashion branding, digital storytelling, and online business models.Strategic thinker with strong execution ability and data-driven mindset.Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
