Position : Lead Creatio Developer (.Net,C#)  Location: Gurgaon  Qualification : BTech/MTechExperience: 2 - 6 years JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a Lead Software Developer (Creatio) to build software using languages and technologies of the Creatio framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure and customize existing systems and provide user support. In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator.Support and comply with documented software process and procedural requirements spanning all phases of software product lifecycle. Manage Teams / Participate with other team members to design user-friendly interfaces; develop high-quality, object-oriented business objects; and conduct research and evaluation of software-related technologies and products. Manage / Collaborate with and mentor other team members, and assist with code reviews. Manage own work time and priorities in accordance with development deadlines, budgets, best practices and a quality/delivery methodology, such as Agile Development, that includes development standards.Supervise, manage and execute projects by working with teams, interact with clients to prepare technical design documentation. In addition, you may be having KPI’s outside the project as well, related to solution design, development and implementation.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop multi-tiered web applicationsDesign and develop APIs for integrations with various internal and external applicationsAll aspects of database development: modelling, stored procedures, performance tuning, etc.Provide level 2 support for your application, working closely with product and account management teamsCollaborate with product owners on business requirements, define technical solutions, and plan sprints to deliver value to customers in a timely fashionActively research and participate in discussions on software architecture, development processes, and other standardsDesired Skills, Experience & Abilities:Required:Experience in analysis, design, programming, testing, implementing and supporting web and Windows based applications in the Microsoft/Windows platform.
