Experience: 14+yearsLocation: PAN INDIARole Overview:The PEGA Principal Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade PEGA solutions within the Financial Services domain. This role demands deep expertise in PEGA architecture, strategic application design, and migration strategies, including PEGA Constellation and Pega Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Solution ArchitectureDesign and implement complex PEGA-based solutions for financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management).Develop architectural blueprints for strategic applications, leveraging PEGA Constellation UI and modern UX patterns.Define migration strategies for legacy PEGA applications to latest versions and Pega Cloud.Technical LeadershipProvide thought leadership on PEGA capabilities, including CLM, KYC, Customer Service, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), case management, and decisioning.Establish best practices for PEGA development, deployment, and governance.Mentor Lead System Architects and guide teams through complex solution design.Cloud & IntegrationArchitect solutions for Pega Cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.Design integration strategies with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party services.Domain ExpertiseApply deep knowledge of financial services processes (loan origination, KYC, fraud detection, claims processing).Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements (AML, GDPR, PCI DSS).Migration & ModernizationLead migration projects from legacy PEGA versions to PEGA Infinity and Constellation.Optimize performance and scalability during modernization initiatives.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or MCA Information Systems, or related field.Experience:14+ years in PEGA experience, including strategic apps and modernization projects.7+ years in enterprise architecture roles.Proven track record in financial services implementations.Certifications:PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory.Pega Frameworks (CLM, CS, CDH, SA) – Preferred.Skills:Expertise in PEGA Constellation, Pega Cloud, and strategic application design.Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Attributes:Experience with large-scale migration programs and cloud adoption.Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive technology strategy.Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in financial services.
