We are looking for a talented Junior Architect –Design to join our dynamic team and contribute to premium residential communities and high-rise projectsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Design Architect based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in Developing unit plans, villa layouts, and clubhouse/amenities floor plans aligned with project briefs, site constraints, and brand standards. Work on schematic planning, pre-concept, and concept options, ensuring smooth handover to Design Development (DD) teams. Ensure compliance with building byelaws, MOE, and regulatory standards, flag potential issues for review. Produce high-quality drawings in AutoCAD and support presentation material in PowerPoint/Excel, sketchup with conceptual renders. Coordinate with DD teams and internal stakeholders to preserve design intent through all project stages. Assist in client, PMC, and marketing meetings by preparing plans, options, and presentation sheets. Knowledge Sharing: Document and share reusable design knowledge, templates, and process guides to strengthen team capabilities. Mentor interns or Assistant Architects as needed. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 3–6 years of experience in residential planning, villa layouts, and amenities/clubhouse design. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel; exposure to SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus. D5 render, Lumion, Enscape , Indesign Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities. COA registration preferred/required as per firm policy. Diversity and Inclusion: At Studio Infinite LLP, we value diversity and believe it drives innovation and creativity.
