the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GenAI Solution Sales Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of Generative AI, Data, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in consultative sales, solution evangelism, and client relationship management within the Data & AI ecosystem. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, co-create solutions with technical teams, and influence strategic decision-makers in enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end sales for Data, AI, and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across industry verticals. - Develop a strong understanding of GenAI architectures, LLM integration patterns, RAG workflows, and Agentic AI applications. - Engage with CXOs, digital transformation leaders, and business heads to identify AI-driven business opportunities. - Partner with technical architects to design and position value-driven solutions using public cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI). - Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mining, opportunity qualification, and closure. - Collaborate with ecosystem partners (cloud hyperscalers, ISVs, and startups) to create differentiated offerings. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) strategies. - Track, forecast, and report on quarterly performance metrics — pipeline growth, revenue, and client adoption. - Continuously learn emerging trends in LLMs, multimodal AI, and AI agents to bring innovative ideas to customers. Qualifications & Experience - 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Cloud Solution Sales, with at least 2+ years in GenAI or Agentic AI solutions. - Proven track record in managing complex enterprise deals with measurable revenue outcomes. - Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, NLP, RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration platforms. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. - Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud AI services preferred. - Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Data Engineering are a plus.
