And we never stop challenging ourselves—for the safety of society and its people.Role OverviewAs a Senior Manager / Consultant – Process Safety Management, you will lead and deliver high-impact process safety and risk assessment projects across oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and process industries. You will work closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with international standards while driving technical excellence and safety innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and QRAPerform SIL assessments and verifications in accordance with IEC 61511Execute consequence and risk modeling using DNV PHAST and SAFETIManage Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) using LOPA and Bow Tie methodologiesConduct Process Design Assurance and independent verification activitiesPrepare high-quality technical reports and present findings to clients and stakeholdersSupport project execution, business development, and team capability buildingEngage directly with clients, ensuring technical credibility and trusted advisory deliveryQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline15–20 years of experience in Process Safety ManagementStrong expertise in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) methodologiesHands-on experience facilitating HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and QRA studiesProven experience in SIL assessment and Safety Critical Element (SCE) managementProficiency in DNV PHAST, SAFETI, and exSILentiaStrong facilitation, documentation, and client interaction skillsIndustry ExposureOil & GasChemical & PetrochemicalProcess IndustriesOnshore & Offshore Industrial Facilities
