This role involves facilitating SAFe ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Qualifications:Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP.Proven track record of successfully coaching and mentoring Agile teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with Agile project management tools such as ADO (Azure DevOps) and others
