At Wholsum Foods, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to oversee and manage Wholsum Foods international sales and export operations. As a Manager / Sr. Manager - International Sales , you will get the opportunity to be the face of Wholsum Foods in the international market. This role broadly involves identifying and expanding our customer base into new international markets and driving revenue growth from overseas sales. In this role, you will also be working cross-functionally with internal teams, maintaining high customer satisfaction and profitable growth for us in the global markets.If you’re an experienced professional in international trade, a strategic thinker, and a proactive problem solver, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a lasting impact.Responsibilities:Research for prospective markets and distributors/dealers to increase sales volumes in US, GCC, SEA, UK and EU regionOversee sales pipeline - develop and execute strategies to acquire leads in the international market at all stages of the funnel.Planning month wise sales plan, forecasting and implementation of the planPropose and follow up on promotions / events / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targetsBenchmarking of similar products/brands, schemes, new product launches, promotional activities. Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior for designing future plans in the market.Increasing brand visibility in international marketsManage receivables across all distributors/dealersMaintain close & meaningful relationships with high-value customers. Establish rapport with key decision makers, track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.Continuous coordination with the production department, and logistics, finance etc to get the desired business plan implemented & executed.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and any relevant documentation for the successful export of products.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
