Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a GeM Specialist based in Bengaluru. The GeM Specialist will be responsible for managing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listings, order processing, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. They will prepare price bids and proposals, assist in tender submissions, monitor portal notifications, and ensure timely responses. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and maintain thorough records of all transactions. Qualifications Proficiency in managing GeM portal operations such as product listing, order processing, and tenderingStrong skills in documentation, reporting, and maintaining recordsKnowledge of procurement processes and government policiesExcellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective coordination with clients and internal teamsAttention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesPrior experience with government procurement or e-commerce platforms is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
