This is full time position (Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate) AST +3Full-Stack Mobile Developer & Project Manager (Android/iOS)Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Developer with expertise in both Android and iOS platforms, combined with strong project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be based in India and possess a deep understanding of app development workflows, from ideation to deployment. This role is perfect for someone who can not only code high-quality mobile applications but also manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration with teams. You will play a key role in fixing and enhancing our existing app, optimizing workflows, and driving the project forward.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, maintain, and fix features for our cross-platform mobile app on Android (using Java/Kotlin) and iOS (using Swift/Objective-C).• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design app architecture, and implement user-friendly interfaces.• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.• Design and optimize development workflows, utilizing tools like Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance testing to ensure app stability and scalability.• Integrate third-party APIs, handle data management (e.g., SQLite, Firebase), and ensure compliance with security standards.• Coordinate with remote or local teams in India, track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and provide regular updates.• Troubleshoot issues in the existing app, implement fixes, and suggest improvements for better user experience and efficiency.• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and project management best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proven experience (3+ years) in Android and iOS app development, with a portfolio of published apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.• Strong proficiency in programming languages: Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS.• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus.• Solid project management skills, including workflow design, task prioritization, and team coordination; PMP or Agile certification is advantageous.• Familiarity with development tools and environments such as Android Studio, Xcode, Git, Jenkins, or similar.• Knowledge of app workflows, including UI/UX design principles, API integration, backend services (e.g., Node.js, Firebase), and deployment processes.• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of fixing bugs and optimizing app performance.• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document workflows and report progress effectively.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Candidate must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate; remote work options available, but availability in AST timezone is required.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in app maintenance and troubleshooting for live production apps.• Understanding of mobile app monetization, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics), and user feedback integration.• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
