Launching in 2026, Chiltier will be available globally through selected channels, strategic partnerships, and digital platforms, catering to heat-stressed communities and performance-oriented lifestyles.Electronic Systems Engineer We are looking for an Electronic Systems Engineer to support the integration, testing, and validation of electronic subsystems in our product. PCB design is handled by an external vendor; this role focuses on system-level electronics, wiring harness, embedded Integration, and Hardware validation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, read, and review electronic schematics and PCB designs at a basic to intermediate level (full schematic/layout design not required)Design and develop simple custom PCBs for testing, validation, and experimental setupsCreate, assemble, and validate wiring harnesses, including:Wire selectionConnector selectionCrimping, routing, strain relief, and logical wiring planningIntegrate and test electronic components such as: Displays, Buttons / switches, Sensors, PCBs, IoT modules, Batteries and BMSPerform system-level testing and troubleshooting of electronic assembliesDevelop firmware or minor code changesDesign and set up test rigs and test jigs for functional and performance testingPerform performance calculations related to power, current, voltage, efficiency, and system behaviourSupport power electronics integrationUnderstand and apply electronic standards and safety standardsSupport IP rating considerations related to connectors, enclosures, and cable entriesCollaborate closely with mechanical design engineers to ensure proper integration of electronics with enclosures and assembliesInterface electronic systems with displays, ports, and other external interfacesRequired SkillsStrong understanding of electronics fundamentalsAbility to read and interpret schematicsHands-on experience with wiring harness design and assemblyKnowledge of connectors, crimping tools, and cable management practicesFirmware development or embedded coding skills Understanding of batteries, BMS, and power electronics basicsExperience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting electronic systemsFamiliarity with electronic safety and compliance standardsGood communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related fieldGood to Have Understanding of thermal behaviour and heat dissipationExposure to IoT systems and communication protocolsExperience working with electromechanical products
